Which delivery methods can I choose?
Smartpost Itella, Omniva and DPD parcel machines.
Do orders arrive at the parcel terminal at the same time?
If you order products from different Partners, the orders sent will arrive in separate packages. Depending on the time of dispatch from the warehouse, the parcels may arrive at the parcel machine or by courier at different times.
I forgot my password, what do I do now?
To change your password, go to the change password page. Enter the same email address you used to make your previous purchase in the box and click the “Send” button. We will send further instructions on how to change your password to your email address.
How can I find the product I want to buy?
You have the option to enter the product name you are looking for in the search box at the top of the e-shop. In this case, the e-commerce search engine will find products that may match your search.
What does it mean to shop as a guest?
Buying as a guest means you don’t have to register as a customer.
I paid for the goods, but I did not receive an email confirming my order. How can I check the status of my order?
After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You can also check the status of your order from your account. If you didn’t receive an email to confirm your order, please contact us at info@ecocenter.ee.
Can orders be placed abroad?
It is currently possible to send products to parcel machines in Estonia.
What payment options do you offer?
You can currently pay using the following payment methods: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, COOP, Revolut, Citadele and N26.
Do you also offer any discounts or rebates?
We offer ongoing monthly discounts. We offer free delivery to parcel machines from €60 and also promotions with different promotional codes.
Can I return the goods I have bought?
If the product is not suitable for you, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt. The returned goods must be in their original packaging and undamaged!
Is it possible to exchange goods?
Products cannot be exchanged. If, however, the reason for the exchange is due to an error on our part where we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us and we will agree how we can exchange it ourselves, at our own cost. However, if you ordered your products from a SmartPOST parcel machine, you can return the products with the unique door code you used to pick up your parcel.
How many items can I order online?
We have no such restriction. If there are a lot of products and they don’t fit in one package, we will bundle one order into several packages.
