Beetroot Seeds for Sprouting 30g

Ingredients: beet seeds* 100% *organic product

Preparation. Rinse 2 times a day.

Rinse or drain the seeds in a colander and leave to drain for 24 hours: Take a dish, cover it with gauze or other water absorbent material. Pour a layer of seeds on the gauze and pour in water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. Water should be added so that the gauze is wet at all times. Place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place.

Depending on the type of plant, sprouts will appear after 2-4 days.

In case of thick seeds e.g. peas, SOJA, chickpeas, etc. or seeds with shell e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, germs are cut before consumption and small seeds are used whole.
