Wild dog rose (Rosa Canina) berries have been used in the production of chickweed powder, which have not been fertilised or poisoned. The berries are oven-dried at a low temperature to preserve vitamins C and B. The fruit is organic and free from organic ingredients. The whole drying process is fully controlled and the water content is reduced evenly and at the same temperature.

Research by Danish scientists has shown that the galactolipids in the powdered ginger have anti-inflammatory properties and reduce joint pain. This reduces joint stiffness and mobility and consequently improves daily activities. More and more rheumatologists and general practitioners worldwide are recommending the pain-relieving effects of dogrose. However, this effect only occurs as a result of special treatment, as galactolipids are sensitive to high temperatures.
