Raw cocoa paste is the brown cocoa paste obtained from grinding 100% organic cocoa beans, which is further processed to produce cocoa butter, cocoa powder and chocolate.

Cocoa paste
Pure cocoa mass is solid or semi-solid. It is obtained from fermented, dried, roasted and shelled cocoa beans. Cocoa paste contains both solid cocoa and cocoa butter in roughly equal quantities. Nothing more needs to be added to this mass.

The cocoa paste can be used to make its own raw chocolate by simply adding a sweetener, and can also be used to make other desserts. Raw cocoa paste is made from Criollo cocoa beans, the rarest and most aromatic type of cocoa. Processed at a low temperature (below 40 degrees), the paste preserves all the minerals and fatty acids.

Use:

The cocoa paste melted in a water bath is suitable for use in dessert recipes and in the preparation of chocolate. By adding agave syrup, honey or any other sweetener and freezing the resulting mixture, a delicious raw chocolate can be obtained, which can be enriched with a variety of super powders and berries. Cocoa mass can also be added to smoothies for a chocolate flavour, to frost cakes or as a hot drink.
