Cranberries with apple juice 1kg

Description

Cranberries are very rich in benzoic acid and proanthocyanidins. The more cranberries have been exposed to the sun, the higher their proanthocyanidin content. These components are associated with protection against urinary tract infections as well as other inflammations, and increased protection against cancers and cardiovascular diseases.

The acidic taste of cranberries is due to the presence of various acids, including oblic and citric acid. Cranberries also contain benzoic acid, which has strong antibacterial properties. The berries contain vitamin C and potassium.

Cranberries can be used to make useful and refreshing drinks, which have, among other things, a blood pressure lowering effect. The drink can also improve well-being, for example during a fever.

Ingredients: organic cranberries, organic apple juice concentrate, organic sunflower oil.
