Made from high quality organic ingredients, oatmeal warms your body and soul. Gluten-free oatmeal and crushed apples pair well with unroasted crunchy hazelnut kernels. Selected fruits add a naturally sweet taste to the porridge. A bowl of this porridge will give you the energy and zest you need for the new day. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Usage

Pour three heaped tablespoonfuls (60 g) into 100-150 ml of warm water, herbal or plain milk. Mix well and leave to stand for about 2-3 minutes. You can enrich the porridge with your favourite fruits, nuts or seeds.

Important to know

Store in a dry place in a sealed container. Use by the date on the package. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 months.
