Dosage and route of administration
Mix 30 g powder (3 tablespoons) with 250 ml of water, milk or other beverage.
The powder can also be used to make a variety of other protein drinks to suit your taste. You can add it to desserts, porridges, smoothies or muesli.
Do not heat above 40°C to preserve the nutritional value of the powder.
Store in a dry and cool place in a closed container. Keep out of direct sunlight. It is not intended for use by persons under 15 years of age.
