Linseed sprouts are rich in mineral salts, lecithin, and are a source of vitamins C, E and B vitamins. They lower bad cholesterol levels and regulate digestive processes. They are recommended in cases of constipation.

Sprouts are the most life-giving food in the world. Eating them regularly gives us vitality and energy. They have been part of a healthy diet for thousands of years. Sprouts contain concentrated amounts of vitamins, minerals, proteins, enzymes and many other valuable substances. All the ingredients are easily absorbed by the body. Sprouts are undoubtedly an important element of a healthy diet.

Use. Rinse the seeds 2 times a day.

In the absence of a tray, prepare the sprouts as follows: Take a shallow dish, cover it with gauze or other water-absorbent material. Pour a layer of seeds on the gauze and douse with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. The water should be added so that the gauze is wet at all times. Place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the type of plant to be germinated, sprouts will appear after 2-4 days.

In the case of large seeds e.g. peas, soya beans, chickpeas, etc., or seeds with a husk, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, sprouts, you may wish to cut them before eating, and small seeds should be used whole.
