Maca powder is an ideal source of energy. Maca is a radish-like plant that grows in the Peruvian Andes at an altitude of 3,000-4,500 metres. Its colour resembles a potato. Maca is known as the Peruvian ginseng because of its remarkable energy-boosting properties. It boosts the immune system, stimulates the brain and improves the functioning of the body.
