Matcha Ceremonial Japan 50g BIO

This is matcha tea of the highest class. Ceremonial matcha is made only from the youngest tea leaves harvested in the spring, resulting in a higher chlorophyll content and a bright green colour. It has a complex flavour profile with subtle herbal grassy notes, a slightly sweet taste and a pleasant spicy umami finish. Instead of steeping, green tea powder is whisked in hot water to create a frothy drink.

Uses. Pregnant women, pregnant women, women who are breast-feeding or breastfeeding are advised to use matcha powder for making tea. Mix 1,5 g to 2 g of matcha powder with 200 ml of water (maximum temperature 70 °C) and stir thoroughly. For mixing, we recommend using a chasen whisk or a handheld milk frother. You can consume up to 2 times a day.
