Matcha is a green tea ground into a powder, which is even healthier than green tea because matcha powder dissolves and is better absorbed.

Preparation: sprinkle 1 packet of powder in the bottom of a tall tea cup. Pour the boiled water (60°C) over the top of the tea to make the tea blend better and create a beautiful foam on the surface. Use a whisk if necessary. Enjoy!
