Matcha tea became famous 800 years ago in ancient Japan. These are finely ground green tea leaves. It is characterised by a slightly bitter taste with notes of fresh grass. Matcha helps support cognitive function, concentration, mental health and the immune system. It has positive effects on vitality.

Recommended dosage.

Warning. Pregnant women and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use.

Uses. Pregnant women, pregnant women, women who are breast-feeding or breastfeeding are advised to use matcha powder for making tea. Mix 1,5 g to 2 g of matcha powder with 200 ml of water (maximum temperature 70 °C) and stir thoroughly. For mixing, we recommend using a chasen whisk or a handheld milk frother.
