Use: At home, prepare the sprouts as follows. Spread a layer of seeds on the gauze and water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. The water should be added in such a way that the gauze remains wet throughout. Place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the plant species, sprouts will appear after 2-4 days. For coarse seeds e.g. peas, soya beans, chickpeas, etc., or seeds with shell e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, cut off the germs before consumption and for small seeds use whole seeds.

How to use: At home, prepare sprouts as follows: Take a flat plate and cover it with gauze or other water-absorbent material. Sprinkle a single layer of seeds on the gauze and water with water, preferably boiled and lukewarm. Water should be added so that the gauze remains wet all the time. Place the seeds in a warm and preferably dark place. Depending on the plant species, sprouts appear after 2-4 days. In the case of coarse seeds, e.g. peas, soybeans, chickpeas, etc. or seeds with shells, e.g. pumpkin, sunflower, we cut the sprouts before consumption, and use the whole seeds for small seeds.
