Pecans 500g

Description

A pecan is not actually a nut but a stone fruit, or a fruit with a single seed surrounded by a shell. Pecans are a good source of protein and unsaturated fats. It is rich in omega-6 fatty acids. The antioxidants and plant cholesterol that nuts contain reduce high levels of harmful cholesterol in the body. It is quite similar in taste to walnuts, but much milder.
