Description

Pistachios contain more protein than any other nut. Pistachios are an excellent source of potassium, magnesium, copper and thiamine. These nuts provide energy in an unconventional way thanks to glutamic acid. Glutamic acid promotes mental energy more than anything else.

Dried pistachios are rich in fibre. Nuts are also high in mono- and polyunsaturated fats, which have been linked to improving cholesterol levels and promoting heart health.
