Cold Press Sacha Inchi oil is a vegetable source of the highest quality polyunsaturated fatty acids. It is obtained by the gentle cold pressing of the seeds of the Peruvian plant Plukenetia volubilis, which grows in the Amazon region. It contains up to 90% of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 unsaturated fatty acids in an ideal ratio for our body. It has a delicate, mild, slightly nutty taste.

α-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA) help maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. Beneficial effects are achieved with 2 g ALA and 10 g LA per day.

Usage. It is not intended for frying, baking or cooking! Do not heat!
