Radish sprouts are rich in vitamin A, vitamin B and phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron and sulphur. Consumption of these germs boosts the body’s immunity, improves the body’s immune system, skin, nails and hair, and has anti-cancer properties.

Uses:

At home, prepare the sprouts as follows:
Rinse the seeds and then soak them in lukewarm boiled water. Soak the smaller seeds for 4-6 hours, the larger seeds for 10-12 hours. For the smaller seeds, the seeds are smaller for 12-10 days. Rinse again, put in a flat container lined with e.g. gauze and leave in a warm dark place for four to six days. Water twice a day with a little water, pour out excess water from the container.
Location:
Any bright, warm spot is suitable for growing sprouts, such as an east- or south-facing window sill.
NOTE: Radish seeds need plenty of water to grow and good ventilation to avoid rotting.
